The information you provide will be used for no other purpose than the management
of migratory birds (ducks, geese, rails, snipe, coot, doves, band-tailed pigeon,
sandhill crane) and resident small game (sage grouse, sharp-tailed grouse, ptarmigan,
chukar, Abert's squirrel) or other resident small game species such as pheasant,
quail, rabbits, coyote, etc.

If you will not hunt small game (including migratory birds) in Colorado during the
current Hunting Season, you do not need to file a HIP Survey.
