Welcome to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Harvest Information Program.

The information you provide will be used for no other purpose than the management of migratory birds (ducks, geese, rails, snipe, coot, doves, band-tailed pigeon, sandhill crane) and resident small game (sage grouse, sharp-tailed grouse, ptarmigan, chukar, Abert's squirrel) or other resident small game species such as pheasant, quail, rabbits, coyote, etc.

You may obtain a HIP Number online by clicking here: New HIP Number or by speaking with one of our Phone Operators at 866-COLO-HIP (866-265-6447).

If you will not hunt small game (including migratory birds) in Colorado during the current Hunting Season, you do not need to file a HIP Survey.

If you would like to be notified by eMail of the availability of HIP for the upcoming hunting season, please enter your eMail address in the text box below and click the Submit button.

Only Colorado Parks and Wildlife will have access to your eMail address.
